Santo Domingo. – The Language School of the Instituto Cultural Domínico Americano held the graduation of its English programs for juniors and adults in a ceremony held at the Casa San Pablo Auditorium.

Twice a year the Language School graduates hundreds of students who enter the labor and academic market with the skills required to communicate in English.

Ramón Sosa, Executive Director of the ICDA, gave the welcoming remarks at the event, expressing that the mission of the institution is to provide quality education in English and Spanish in line with the demands of the labor market.

He also encouraged the graduates to continue to be heroes in society, who believe in professional development and are willing to serve the community through their skills.

The Language School teacher, Melvin Martínez, was in charge of the congratulatory speech to the graduates, encouraging them to continue with this wonderful journey of knowledge and adventures.

Grisel Del Rosario, director of the Language School, stated that the educational community are valuable members sustained by dignity, honor, friendship, understanding and collaboration.

Junior Program student Joan Dominguez Lora and Adult Program student Isis Hassel Bastardo represented the graduating class of their respective programs with motivational speeches, recounting

their personal experiences in studying the language and encouraging the students to continue working towards their dreams.

Since its founding more than 72 years ago, ICDA has been an innovative institution, maintaining its leadership in the English language teaching market, setting standards of high educational and cultural quality.
